Great health beneficial bunching grass, often grown as an indoor plant or summer annual in the temperate north. Does well in pots. The fresh aromatic stalks and blades are used extensively in Asian cooking and lend a characteristic citrus flavor. Plant prefers full sun and fast-draining soil. Strongly aromatic, used dried as a tea and source of flavoring oil. We also have this herb available freshly dried bags. Plants are available in spring.
